How it works
Step away from the board room and join us outside for an experiential day of hands-on creativity that engages all of our senses.
We’ll explore mindfulness, opening our senses one-by-one to the natural world and using this connection to create simple but engaging activities that engage our head, heart and hands equally. We can show how simple it is to find the inspiration we need for a flourishing organisation by stepping into the natural world.
We’ll work with story. Increasingly organisations are realising the importance of telling a good story -as leaders this means connecting in a way that is authentic and meaningful. Storytelling is not a new thing, we have told stories since the dawn of time and there is much that we can learn by delving into this oral tradition. We’ll explore storytelling techniques and through a range of tools to facilitate creative dialogue and using the natural world for cues we will explore ways to bring meaning into the ways you communicate with your audience and explore tools to help you become more embodied storytellers in your work and life.
Albert Einstein said that “play was the highest form of research” and we’ll put that to the test. We will explore the role and importance of play in our lives, and our work and how it can support connection and creativity leave you feeling invigorated and alive
Finally we will come back together as a group around the fire to harvest what we have learned and to consider how we can create the space to be wildly creative back in the workplace.
